【Payment Methods】
The following payment methods are available.
1. Credit Card Payment
You can use VISA, Master, Amex, and JCB credit cards.
The total payment amount consists of “Product Price + Shipping Fee”.
The payment method is limited to “One-time payment”.
2. Apple Pay
This payment method is available only on Apple devices.
You can use it by registering your credit card or electronic money in advance.
It is available when accessing this website via Safari on iOS or macOS.
Apple Pay cannot be used with VISA brand cards issued in Japan for online payments.

3. Google Pay
You can use this service by registering your credit card or electronic money in advance.
It is available when accessing this website through web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

【Shipping Method】
Products will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
*Please note that the shipping carrier may change without prior notice.
Additional relay charges may apply for remote islands or certain areas.

【Changes, Cancellations, and Returns After Ordering】
Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

【About Receipts】
As part of our environmental protection initiatives, we have implemented a paperless system and do not include paper receipts or invoices with shipments.
If you require them, you can access your My Page via the shipping confirmation email and issue receipts or invoices online.
Please note that we are unable to include paper copies even if requested.
The recipient name, title, and description on the receipt can be edited on your My Page. From the second download onward, it will be marked as “Reissued”. There is no limit on downloading invoices.
*If you require documents that include invoice information, please download and use the invoice available on your My Page.
【Important Notes When Registering Your Email Address】
After your order is confirmed, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive the email within one business day after placing your order, there may have been an error in the email address entered or your mobile phone’s spam filter settings may have blocked the message. Please check that your registered email address is correct and ensure that you can receive emails from hello@benibites.com. If you do not receive a response from us within five business days after placing an order or making an inquiry, we kindly ask that you contact us again using another email address or by phone.
