1. How to order

Press the "Buy Now" or "View Products" button on this website. Select the number of items you would like to order (*) and press the "Yes, I want This" button. After checking your cart, proceed to "Checkout", enter your delivery information, shipping method, and payment method, and finally press "Pay Now" to complete your order. After completing your order, an "Order Completion Email" will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your "spam folder" as it may have been sent to your email address.

・Trial set is limited to one per person

・There is a maximum order quantity for each product. The maximum number you can specify = the number that can be shipped. Please note that products that are "out of stock" are "sold out." We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to minimize food waste.

Once we receive your order, it will be shipped from our workshop in a maximum of 10 days.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit card payments, as well as cashless payment services such as ShopPay and Apple Pay. Payment is completed at the time of ordering.

7. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons such as differences in product image, customer ordering errors, or personal preferences. We take great care in the manufacturing and shipping of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product is received or a shipping error occurs due to our erroneous work, we will exchange it for the same product. If it is difficult to exchange it for the same product, we regret to inform you that we will provide a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been received more than two days ago.

9. Return Shipping Fees

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments due to our erroneous handling, we will handle the matter on a cash-on-delivery basis. For returns or exchanges made by customers other than those above, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
If you are unable to receive your package due to an unknown address or long-term absence, the delivery company will store the package for approximately 2-3 days, and if the storage period has expired, the package will be refused and returned to you. Please note that we may charge you for the shipping fee incurred when returning the package.
Please note that if you wish to have the item resent, a re-shipping fee will be charged in addition to the return shipping fee listed above.

The payment will be transferred to your designated account within 7 days after the return item is received.
