Delivery Time Orders will be shipped within 2–10 business days after order confirmation.
Items that are out of stock will be shipped after they become available.
Payment Methods We accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Master, Amex, and JCB. (One-time payment only.) Payment is confirmed upon completion of the order and will be charged to your account according to the terms of your credit card company.
Defective Products We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item, an incorrect item due to our mistake, or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will inform you of the return procedure. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will replace it with a non-defective item at our expense, including shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our products.
Returns and Refunds Except in cases where the product is defective, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience. For more details, please refer to  here.
Return Deadline Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. (Only unused items with confirmed defects are eligible.)
Return Shipping Fee If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company.
Business Days Weekdays excluding weekends, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, and irregular holidays (we may close without prior notice). Orders and inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except during system maintenance), but order processing and responses to inquiries will be handled sequentially from the next business day.
