Refund policy

 

Unless the product delivered has an issue due to our store’s fault, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.
Once you receive your order, please make sure to check that the product has no defects and that it matches your order details.
Items that have been received for more than  
7 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we may not be able to process returns if the response period has passed, even if the item is sent back to us.


《In Case of Store Error》
If your return reason falls under any of the following cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by our store (cash on delivery).
- The item received is different from what was ordered
- The quantity is incorrect
- The item is scratched or damaged

《Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted》
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases. 
-  Cancellations due to customer convenience after the order has been shipped
-  Opened or used items
-  Items that differ from the customer’s expectations or preference 
-  Items that have been damaged or scratched after being received by the customer
-  Items returned more than 7 days after delivery 
-  Discounted items, campaign items, sale items, or limited products
-  Items purchased outside the official online store

《Return Process》
Please contact us first via the Contact page by email.
When contacting us, please include the following information:
1. Name of the person who placed the order and the order number
2. Order date
3. Delivery date
4. Name of the item you wish to return
5. Reason for the return
After returning the product via cash-on-delivery shipping, we will proceed with an exchange or refund only if a defect is confirmed upon inspection. Thank you for your understanding.

《Refunds》 
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card company and returned to your card account. The processing time and procedure vary depending on the credit card company.
- If you have any questions regarding the refund amount shown on your statement, please contact your credit card company directly.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our store.
- Cancellations cannot be accepted once the product has been shipped. 


《Cooling-Off Policy》
The cooling-off system is a legal measure designed to protect consumers who were unexpectedly persuaded to purchase products through door-to-door sales or telemarketing. It does not apply to mail-order or online purchases made at the customer’s own discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
