We use Yamato Transport as our shipping carrier.

*If a package needs to be forwarded to an address other than the one specified at the time of order, the forwarding fee will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

Changes to Shipping Date

We are unable to accept changes to the shipping date or requests for a specific delivery date after an order has been confirmed.
